I am Kizito Uzoma Ndugbu, a passionate Catholic priest with a heart deeply rooted in faith, family, and friendship. As a son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend, I cherish the bonds that connect us and believe in the profound goodness within every living person. My life has been a journey of learning and service, shaped by extensive training in Theology, Philosophy, Psychology, Metaphysics, Communication, and Medical and Health Sciences—all driven by my unwavering desire to make life and living better in every way I can.
But life hasn’t always been smooth. I’ve walked the roads of grief, wrestled with chaos, asked the big existential questions, and stared into the face of societal and religious hypocrisies. I know how it feels to discover that no one seems to care. Yet, the turning point for me was realizing this simple but powerful truth: what you tell yourself matters, and it changed EVERYTHING.
